Pure PTFE yarn including PTFE yarn with lubricant and PTFE yarn without oil. Tenglong PTFE yarn is

made of expanded PTFE resin and high temperature-resistant lubricants through expand treatment,

high tensile strength, low creep and good self-lubrication. The product is a idal used for braiding of  pure PTFE packing.


Good heat resistance, chemical stability, high tensile strength,low shrinkage, excellent abrasion resistance characteristics.

PTFE filaments are fiber-based, can be processed into various types of high-performance mesh,fabric, sewing thread, dental floss, membrane structures,and other products.

Additionally it offers low elongation and excellent abrasion resistance characteristics. PTFE filament can be processed into types of high-performance mesh, fabric, sewing thread, dental floss, membrane structure and other products. Thicknesses from 200D to 1200D.
